Reunion Planning for Oakland University Homecoming and Reunion Weekend
Mugs are available to distribute at every reunion event during Homecoming and Reunion weekend. In order to ensure that every alumnus that attends a reunion event will receive their mug submit a request for the number of mugs needed—click here.
There are a lot of popular places to reserve a space for your reunion event. It could be your favorite hangout, or the one place you went to after every basketball game. Just mention you are planning an OU Reunion and let them know how much space you may need.
Make sure you check out the Homecoming event schedule so that you do not overlap with any large campus-wide event that weekend.
Reimbursement and Receipts
The Homecoming Budget is allowing for a post event reimbursement of up to $200 for each reunion held during homecoming weekend. The request, made by an OU employee, is intended to cover food or venue costs (no alcohol related costs). By September 1, 2015 fill out this form. During the event, you are asked to collect the names and graduation years of all the reunion attendees; and save your receipts! After the event, fill out this form and sent receipts to email@example.com by October 2, 2015
Don’t forget to submit your reunion information so that it is featured on the Homecoming Events website… if you haven’t already done so!
